We are going to ask some questions to create a Project Plan. Where are you and where are you going? This will include homework for you. As our resources are constrained, this helps us be Thrifty good stewards. This also helps set expectations.

Execution

Once work is initiated, the end product is a clear and actionable plan. We want everyone on the same page. We want to be nimble so we pivot when appropriate as milestones are reached and circumstances change.
